So ironically, we have a giant post now full of comments from well-experienced investors and lenders but very few, if any, from new-ish investors who recently went through this internal conversation before making the leap.

Homevestors is just a giant franchised wholesale company like KeyGlee or New Western.

And that's just going to be a giant pain.And lastly, consider the payment structure.

Even at the giant universities I would guess none offer more than about a minor in 10 or more languages....so online learning, tapping in to a live professor in Finnish, or Swahili, or Mayan or whatever you wanted to learn would be kind of neat.
