hi guys. i have a small 1000 sq foot 3 bed 1 bath home in putnam lake in putnam countyi recently bought the property for 155,000 and put in 17k to fi it up.i put it up on the market for 259,000 few days ago.my intention was to sell however i was thinking of renting it instead.any recommendations on how to handle a rental and if it would be a good idea.thanks guys
