I removed myself from monitoring this thread because it is going nowhere and honestly got sick of your endless posts that say nothing.  

It appears the design possibilities are endless tho.

With an ability to build up to 16 doors in what is called a cottage cluster, the opportunity on this piece of property are endless opportunities.

Wholesalers trying to pretend that they are all knowing about re contracts and processes when most are completely clueless.that and the endless robocalls, texts and letters saying we will buy your house, at about 50% value of course.

Having a structured approach can prevent investors from endlessly researching and encourage them to take action within a reasonable timeframe.

Dealing with guests, neighbors, police, the city, the county, VRBO, AirBNB, cleaners, handy people...the list is almost endless and they will be much tougher on you than we are.

In the near term prices seem a little high, which seems to have caused a lot of deal volume to shift further off market.With that considered, supply in Detroit is endless and prices will correct.
