Here in Eastern Idaho, we have excellent tenants.

We purchased a smaller multi-family in Eastern Houston not too long ago and close to full occupancy.

Windsor is a great option here in Ontario.however considering you are looking at all of Ontario - you should really consider the eastern provinces - Nova Scotia etc. 

I am from south eastern Missouri and looking to buy a house in northern KC come June.

Northside, eastern Henrico prices have crept up a bit (like most places) but you can still get some cashflow if you buy right, possibly less headaches.

Are people leaving the Eastern half of Mass right now?

Sup BP,I came across a mobile home park  in Eastern, MD and passed it along to my mentor.

@Nick Mulligan  Those towns, along with Brockton are among the most affordable in eastern Mass. 

Or use $100k of the $150k as leverage and get something for $300k in Eastern Broward/South Broward.

there have been huge gains in that country and no recession to speak of over the last 20 years.at least in Eastern AU  western area around Perth things are not quite as rosy currently from folks I know in Perth..
