The contact info for the officers of the neighborhood association are easily accessible on their website, so it certainly wouldn't hurt to ask them about it directly.The city could pass an ordinance to prevent short term rentals, which is what Homewood did to combat Airbnb.

To combat people looking to rent the place with evictions on their record you can do one of two things: raise the market rent a little more than the surrounding units/houses, or you can increase the security deposit.

If you are trying to shield untold amounts of wealth from creditors and potential litigation, then you want more anonymity and privacy in your entities.Keep in mind that any form of Trust can be judicially pierced (exposed) in it is found to shield any type of illegal activity, fraudulent setup or asset purchased with illegal funds.PS:Real Estate is typically titled in Trust (not a Trust account)
