Third, find your strengths and then find people that their strengths are your weaknesses to build the team.

I have a strong credit score, understand a fair bit about housing from a construction stand point, have some money saved, but I also have a high debt to income ratio from student loans and would therefore be interested in a partnership with someone that could complement my weaknesses from a financial stand point.        

Although the market overall is hot, the Chicago condo market, particularly for smaller units, is pretty weak in a lot of areas.

As you are the only one who knows your personal goals, situation, financial strengths and weaknesses etc… and I’d like to add desired outcomes.

Where you are weak or have tasks you don't like/want to do, your partner should be skilled at those areas, vice versa.
