Ten years later her then boy friend tells me she died and remembers how I was going to throw her and the kids out during Christmas!  

Currently renting my basement out to a single mother and her child since last March, original rent was $1575 (all utilities) and I saw her situation at the time and dropped it to $1500 for a 12 month lease with all utilities included, she purchased a electric charging vehicle less than two months after moving in so obviously taking full advantage of all utilities included.Two months ago, she had a boyfriend stay with her and told me that it was temporary while he is looking for a new place.

Fair market value is still fair and they know it.Do not wait six months because by then you will know that Jane cares for her sick mom and is having car trouble, Suzy's boyfriend is not paying child support and etc..........and it will be harder to raise then.Just bite the bullet.and if you raise all of the rents to market value then you do not have to worry about chopping up the water by percentages.

We never met the boyfriend before they moved in because he wasn't on the lease so we didn't realize he would be a permanent resident.

I've not had this scale of bullcrap, but I had a legacy tenant's new boyfriend move in and immediately file a slip and fall after a snowstorm.

Hello Fellow Members, I have a question for you.My boyfriend has found a fixer upper that he's crazy about - that's how the story starts.He saw a for sale sign in the yard and called the number and gave the owner a $12,000 down payment for him to move in.When I found out, I did my research on the property and found out the guy who "sold" it to him isn't the owner.

My dad was AF at McChord up there, and my best friend is about to move to Tacoma with her boyfriend because he's tranferring to Lewis with the Army.

Through the lease, we received the rent on time (actually her boyfriend was on her lease and he paid most of the time).

The tenant contacted me on Saturday saying that she had bed bugs and believed they were brought in by her boyfriend who had apparently been cheating at a cheap motel.
