I  always see Wharton being at the top of finance, real estate, etc. in posts and I read that to get in to Wharton you obviously need great grades (which I have) and something like great diversity or something and write a compelling essay on why you should be at Wharton(it's obviously harder than I made it sound), after Highs school I plan on enlisting in the Army for about 6 years, I'm an eagle scout and I am related to a founding father, other than that I dont have much more to put for the "Diversity/Culture section" Back to degrees the reason I don't want to get just a real estate degree is I would like something to fall back on in financing or something similar to real estate developing if the risk in real estate gets too high for me.

People aren't going to hand you anything on a silver platter.  

If you charge a fee for property management service, you need a Real Estate License with an add-on for property management.NV silver-flume will encourage LLC formation because they want their fees.  

As long as you keep your positive attitude you I think you will find continued success, its all about the silver linings.This thread serves as a great resource for investors as well as fantastic entertainment.

I dont think this is the silver bullet or the government would have done this a long time ago if it were that simple.

Gold has always been a great hedge, but consider silver too.  

I have a couple fourplexes (one in Vineyard and one being built in Eagle Mountain) and have a duplex in Vineyard and I just reserved two more duplexes in Herriman.  

So I was looking around Eagle for rentals and I came across someome who wants to sell his Real estate business.

But again, having said that, it’s been a very educational past five months so there’s a silver lining there.  

Sandy, Troutdale, and Eagle Creek are also great options on the east side.
