More rate cuts coming.

Pick those that are similar in size and look at their nightly rates, calendars and amenities.

That is a concern I share, giving up the low interest rate and some cash flow on the LTR’s.

It is an upfront cost for a lower rate forever.

I currently own my home it is a $300,000 SFH with an interest rate of 6.25% I bought this 250 days ago with the VA loan.

I also consider factors like interest rates, property appreciation trends, and my long-term investment goals.

You should talk to at least 5 of the highest rated, even if it is brief.

This was my slowest off season since the Great Recession (not counting Covid lock down periods) 2) when building up your reviews you will likely be best served by having a rate below market.  

However, it is rented at an above market rate.

Either way both programs have good rates and even interest only options if needed.
