And, for what it's worth, you do tend to be looking to merge a lot of conflicting ideas:- Class C returns in Class B+/A areas- Low stress + Self Management 😬- Economies of Scale without...well...scaleMy only advice would be to prioritize.  

I don’t think you should prioritize your investing ahead of a relationship and the feelings of your significant other.

If you already have solid business systems my advice would be to sit down with your wife - prioritize and then make a scheduel so you avoid doing everything at once.Best of luck!

It could be argued that across the country in 2008-9, new construction in even the nicest subdivisions were among the worst properties and certainly the hardest hit.In other words, which would you prioritize between new construction and established neighborhood since many times they are mutually exclusive?
