My issue with fourplxes is that based on tenant demographic rent per unit is quite low.

I only ask because I work with a few different builders that have 2-4 units in growing markets.

There you will be vetted as a landlord, you can set up each bedroom as a “unit,” you can personalize prequalification questionnaires, and you can choose 2 different levels of background check.

The first-floor unit was consistently rented at a low rate to my family members to provide assistance.

I thought it would be extremely formal guys with briefcases and way over my head. i felt it rapidly grew my network, knowledge basis, and confidence that has propelled me to be successful in acquiring 300+ units over the last 4 years. 

While my insurance charges are relatively low each year given this is a condo, I learned to better assess who is behind budget planning at the HOA level for all of the units for roof, cleaning costs, basement improvements (shared by all units), given this was run well by one individual.

Not sure how big you're going but you may need to raise money as well (if it's more than 4 units).

Most postal carriers have enough common sense to recognize which box is for unit A and which is for unit B.
