Not saying that everyone who lives in poor areas is a bad renter, but there seems to be a greater chance of drawing a bad renter in some areas.If you consider LTR renters in the best zips in Calif. the same as Section-8 renters in Detroit and other monetarily challenged areas the same investment risk....I am familiar with both areas.For instance, one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Detroit is Belmont due to its high rates of murders per year. 

I started off very skeptical but he makes a very compelling case for his father being the Black Dahlia murderer.

This is a mystery to me. 

He Was apprehended and charged with felony murder and is sitting in state prison while a poor hardworking landlord lost his life.

Or look at it this way you have Murder 1  that's premeditate and you have manslaughter.. 

Not all murder victims are "riff-raff".  

My question to these folks pushing this liberal agenda ----- You are ok that your neighbor has criminal background (drugs, attempted murder, attempted rape)??????

What other terms could you use to descibe a place where theres shootings, murders, theft and gang activity everyday?
