What is most frustrating (at least around here in So Cal) are the overly excessive greedy wholesalers who will lock contracts (and sometimes they are not even locked), mark up the price by $80k and attempt to rape someone, these people have no risk, put up little to no money and when they cant get that price, they send it back out with a "price reduction" email blast.
