I couldn't sleep if I caused that to happen.Duplex/Multi properties are holder to wholesale as typically the only person interested will be a buy and hold investor (assuming both sides are rented out).

When it starts to get close to the time a tax lien holder can take over ownership thru the tax deed they will often times try to line up a buyer that will either buy the liens and finish the process or have it put under contract so they can get the tax deed and close within a few days.

A and D loan to build said subdivision  try getting one of these from a major bank9. portfolio loans if I wanted them basically unlimited with 25 % down in the PDX market and 1.25 DCR... but I am not a buy and holder per se I am a buy and sell guy and actually selling the last of my rentals I only have 9 or so left10.

Actually, if the proceeds exceed the amount of the Note + Expenses then the additional $$ goes to the next lien holder, is there is no additional lien holder then it would go to the former owner.
