If you enjoy Real Estate look into a new career in Real Estate?

Real estate is a long road and if you don't enjoy what you're doing you're not going to enjoy life. 

Unfortunately she passed away rather suddenly and all of the property stuff was no longer enjoyable to him and he wanted to sell a lot of them.

I'd move that off the table, and go buy 1 million worth of deals,  then enjoy a cool $5,566 net per month, and go buy some more BTC and forget about it.

In regards to ESAs, the application of law is from the Fair Housing Act which states a "a refusal to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services, when such accommodations may be necessary to afford such person equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling."
