The trustee then looks at the facts provided and depending, on when the sub to was performed, if it was hidden in a trust (concealment) or was filed as a normal deeded transaction, the terms and conditions and a lot of other factors like if the payments were being made on time and so on.The trustee would allow the bank to submit a motion to accept the sub to as written or to compel a sale.
