The rent board's regressive policies lose their teeth when the tenants are virtually guaranteed to move out every few years. 

Then you get to cut your teeth on negotiating all those debts to make them go away.Keep your ear to the ground. 

I asked the lender to lock in my rate which was locked in for 30 days since the lender said we would finish the refi before the end of January.The communication during this process has been “pulling teeth” to say the least.
