Lots of garbage left behind, needs pest control treatment, needs new paint, replacing carpet with vinyl, holes in the wall, stove is missing the handle, etc.

I've gone over to assess and service wall heaters, water heaters, stoves, a/c, furnaces etc and saved $1200 in 5 minutes. 

Stoves and dishwashers are usually considered attached to the property.

You will also want to provide a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and maybe even a coffee maker and washer/dryer.

I am getting it ready for rent, and it needs a new stove, washer, and dryer.

All of a sudden www.rentometer.com says you can rent out at $1100 and expect reasonable offers to rent it.Or you go further and offer this newly refurbished apartment as "partially furnished" (Fridge, Stove) or fully furnished (Appliances, Bed and mattress).

If it is still in good shape, I'd try to rent it as-is and see if it will lease-up with no more money laid out (at this time).Tell me you think its a class B, I'll tel you it has a free standing stove with no range-hood and a 1950's exhaust fan in in the ceiling, as well as circa 1958 stain color single panel doors.

I have a pole barn approx 1300sq feet it already has a stand up shower and a bar . it would be easy to add a spilt unit ac\ heater and a bedroom, stove, and refer already has a farm sink?

The stove, fridge, washer and dryer belong to me.
