Last time I saw ya, I was worried I was gonna get your family sick :( I hope you didn't think I was purposely avoiding you at the airport/plane.

We are not planing to rent the unit or use as bedrooms, just extra space for exercise and storage.

@Rosston Smith Oh you know just some of the worst investments you can think of: a boat/jet ski, a plane and a second home.

Ultimately, you need to hop on a plane, rent a car and drive around to see things for yourself.

Once you are more than an hour away, however, the property might as well be a plane flight away, so don't necessarily constrain yourself.

Plans are nice however my business is nowhere like I expected it to be or planed it to be when I started.

Now that guy up in Seattle who did the barrel rolls in the Q 400 now that was something.. and there was a kid called the barefoot bandit who had no formal training in flying that would steal Cirrus airplanes ( the plane we fly)  you can kill yourself real quick in those but somehow Darwin theory never evolved for him and he ended up in Jail.The state wants to make an example out of you for violating the laws on the books and you can count on draining your savings..

Someone will come along and see this land and say, hey, this is the perfect piece of land.The fourth thing I have learned, is land investing is almost like taking off a plane.

Remember when nobody brought their dog on a plane or in to a restaurant?
