We are ok with making calculated risks with our money, but when you introduce other peoples' money to the equation as a variable it can get sticky.

People watch youtube or HGTV every day and instantly declare themselves an investor.

Too many people get caught up in this thought when they underwrite deals. 

Now, this struck me as strange because these people are constantly behind on their rent.

People are investing in real estate in Ohio from all over the world.

Why would people come see it?
