Mike the plan was never to develop a large real estate business the plan is to own a couple nearby rentals with smallest mortgages and low expenses therefore yielding as much + cash flow as possible..Therefore my work pension + investments + real estate cash flow will provide a good retirement monthly income...To be honest I have a pretty kick back stress free R.N job that pays a little over 6 figures with full medical benefits for me and my family not to mention life time medical insurance for me and my spouse when I reach 25 years of service.

Comparable houses that were listed sold for twice as much recently, so i was very suprised at how much it sold forthis led me to believe that in some other nearby counties in maybe a level or 2 down income-wise, there may be even better deals at even lower price point.I do not have MLS access at this time, i was hoping they may be posted online, if necessary I can take trip to the courthouse.Mostly interested in Dekalb, Gwinnett, or Clayton counties.

We would have stayed where we were for at least another year while we were looking to buy as I really didn't want to pack again, but they raised the rent on us -- it was like a 5% increase, even though places nearby were renting for our current rent, so we moved.
