@Keivan Darius  I am not a big graphs guy maybe I should have been would have saved me a few million in 08.however as it relates to SFR housing.. there is no building boom at this time.. starts are still way down.. and that was one catalyst for the last crash.. think of all the hangover inventory you had in FLA GA NV AZ Central CA.etc etc..

The rents could even deflate as the hot markets tend to go to cold.Some markets look like a roller coaster on a graph and other have a small incline and a small decline.
