Connect with others through here or meetups and REIAs, learn as much as you can from BP and people before spending any money on educational programs or organizations. 

Not a bad idea, maybe Ill invite everyone from this thread to my backyard when i get the patio build done this summer :-)  Or someone @Ryan Arth ;-) could organize an informal akron BP meetup at the Mustard Seed Highland Square, mezzenaine, indoor-outdoor options ... coffee wine beer organic vegetable juices something for everyone

I started in the fix and flipping working with not- for- profit organizations in 1995 now I work closely with buyers seeking off market Properties of all kinds.

In addition to a very knowledgeable inspector coming through, they additionally provided a summary of the home inspection in a well-organized binder, gave my clients a "Guide to Home Ownership" book, and even passed out cookies!
