Not sure if this is the right forum to post on but it seemed the closest so here it goes...So I'm a complete newbie to real estate but I was just curious as to how people like Wang Jianlin and Donald Bren amass their billions.

Rodent infesations, high moistture, two bad water heaters, etc etc.I sent an adjusted offer, 100K less the asking price, or a second offer that is still 10k higher than the closest comp, but under the contingency that I receive a $30K credit for repairs.I'm expecting a big middle finger, but I'd rather lose $600 for the inspection than what I'd lose from purchasing this at a ridiculous price! 

They lost the closest in the bedroom, but this allowed them to put the laundry in. 

I’ve searched Eastern MA for an affordable location and a city/town that is closest to Canton, MA.

(closest city is lovelock) There location was pretty good being that it has road access & about 30 Min away from Rye Patch Resevoir.

Most faculty and students are part of the church and will not tear the place up.Also nearby are the San Bernardino Mountain communities--Crestline (local County lake for non-motorized boats, recreation and swimming, forest and hiking trails such as to heart rock) , Lake Arrowhead (private lake, allows boats, -make sure the lot has lake membership, some tv stars have vacation homes around here), Running Springs (closest to Snow Valley for skiing), Big Bear (Lake and close to skiing, but more expensive property). 

My closest that I own and self manage is a 5 hour drive.
