Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying.

I'm happy to see that my idea (not there yet as I'm still in the building-phase) is also something that another person who has their head on straight is employing.Thanks for the kind comment Andy ... much easier and safer IMO to manage just a few high quality free and clear properties and a few other passive diversified assets throwing off cash than it is to manage 50+ units of lesser quality property that is leveraged to the hilt.I'm in the final stages (wealth preservation mode) of implementing this strategy, and it has worked out great with a few missteps and bumps along the way of course ... well, still maybe 5 or so decades before I kick the bucket (hopefully) so technically not that close to completing the strategy but almost there with the crucial financial bits.

That way I just barf out one set of labels for that day, 3 months prior, 6 months prior, etc or whatever and slap them on the pile for that day ad drop them in the weekly batch bucket

From experience I'm not convinced on the air purge method.Instead I use a 3/4 HP submersible pump in a 5 gallon bucket & pump fluid (usually the pink 'food grade' RV anti-freeze) through the lines.

The reason being is that any potential plaintiff's attorney can log in online at any one of 50 Secretary of States offices and count the number of buckets in the LLC.
