I do not break them down into categories, however I explain what work was done in the memo line so if I want to know later I can print the report and add to an Excel spreadsheet.Attached are screenshots of a sold property.

They were actively trying to open credit card accounts in his name I seen on his credit report.

I have never been able to let them see the property in advance because it's always been occupied by someone and I've had to do 1 or 2 day turns.
