Ok best of luck.... you may have to create your own bird dogs.... we recruit them you feed them you train them you give them some gas money and maybe they scare up some deals.I had 6 of those working for me pre equity skimming laws that were implemented in OR and WA.. we door knocked every NOD in our 5 county metro area here in PDX.. sent them out in teams of two boy girl.. the girls in this case were way smarter than the boys .. the boys were there mainly to keep the girl safe.

We quickly switched over to virtual (moving video) showings and received MORE applications for units than any month in the last year.We are now at almost 100% occupancy, and out of 300+ doors, only 4 are milking the eviction moratorium put in place by Gov Wolf (PA) until July 10, 2020.

However the laws changed dramatically back in 07 or 08.. two laws were past to present equity skimming etc etc..

No skimming, syphoning, comingling.

It also comes with utilities included and free milk/toilet paper.

When purchasing Colorado property in foreclosure for less than the value of the property it's called purchasing equity (aka equity skimming).  

I keep skimming over it, but if I go into this without emotion (I usually do, but I get frustrated with what I think are illogical people), maybe I could work this out.

I, personally, learned a great deal from skimming through whole sections in the local library and picking up the major themes running through them -- personal finance, retirement, economics, etc.
