recently purchased a 4plex in HB, Ca.We are on state farm insurance and everything is fine, decided to shop around and noticed that USAA is lower with similar level/amounts.USAA however required that all tenants i forget the exact phrasing but something like "tenants for at least 6months"Now i said that my tenants have been there for over 10 years, and are technically on month to month now.

I would then shop around for different hauling companies to get the cheapest price you can and i would check into if you need dumpsters or not, you may have to pay your own hauler but may still be able to put it in garbage cans. one thing you should look into though, if you now have to pay separate for garbage removal, make sure you get either reduced taxes or some kind of credit back every year from the town for the change. i know the town that i live in does that with commercial properties.

I have particular strong feelings about this, but I may be the exception.The insurance and annuities side of your business will be a very distant next area of importance for me, but for a younger person that needs to provide for a young family without other assets this might be a little higher on the list for them.There is a financial planner in my local market that will also shop insurance providers (including car, home, health and rentals) to find the best value on insurance as part of their service for their clients.
