I like to ask questions in my ad and not exchange numbers until a few anonymous e-mails have been exchanged. 

Are the landlords who dish the dirt on bad tenants guaranteed anonymity?

I like the anonymity.

These complaints can be anonymous but   should be specific. 

Here is the only piece of legal advice you should take from an anonymous stranger on the internet:  Talk to a lawyer.My prediction is that if you do talk to a lawyer about your practice here, he will respond with words to the effect of, "Are you nuts?!?!"
