But, if the current 800 pound gorilla of the lodging / accommodation space – the hotel – is any indication, the winners have the potential to reap quite a large reward.

Let them submit a justification in pictures of the repairs done, the costs of those repairs,...if the above questions are untrue, let them pound the sand.
