Is the American market unique in having areas with relatively low capital costs but high rents?

So I have a unique situation. 

All units 2 bed, 1 bath, White Quartz counters, stainless appliances, in unit laundry, hard wood floors and metal accent walls make this a unique space to call home.

Variances are usually issued for hardships or unique circumstances.

The unique situation of wanting to stay in the property will deter most buyers.Possibly negotiate a lower rent for the 1st year for a reduced sales price. 

Agents undergo thorough training to ensure they understand the unique needs of USAA members. 

Wells Fargo is a bit unique... they get fined/penalized so much that they evidently turned their restitution payments into a formal first time homebuyer down payment assistance program.

It may be along somewhat different lines than what you are thinking, as what they are doing is quite unique in the area.  

Expect to spend 25 hours trying to make a flyer and then task it out to some graphic person for $25 and get back to researching houses :) Recently picked up a HP 15-BS060WM on Ebay for like $370. 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD Windows 10, touch screen.
