This looked like a right category for it...I have to get this out of my system…I am a married woman (27) with two young children (6 and 2).I like all this real estate industry, starting from interior and landscape design finishing with rehabbing...Couple years ago we had extremely bad job transition (my husband retired from US Army, and it turned out that many years of management experience are not valuable to anyone, so he had tough time finding a job.

My main goal was to use it for my own personal investing, however it is now evolving into becoming a top producer as well...I really want to be involved in Real Estate in all aspects of my work...so ultimately would like to transition into full time...I guess I have found my passion :-)

I'm currently transitioning out of my crazy, 100+hr work week, job to doing locum tenens (temp jobs for docs) and pursuing my broker's license.My short term goals include:1) Not falling back into "employed" medicine for the convenience of it.2) Finding our first flip or wholesale3) making new friends in the REI world, learning as much as I can, and making a new future for myself and my spouse!

Local vet programs are also great - their social workers will often do for cause or extra inspections of the units to keep things running smoothly.

I have a house in contract that I set up a rent-to-own agreement between buyer and seller as of last night.The two buyers (who I actually grew up with) want to open a small men's 3/4 house (transitional living/structured environment) for guys getting out of rehabs or 1/2 way houses.

They are the ones with the software I am transitioning to from Buildium.
