My wife is a bookkeeper and all her clients use Buildium but that too doesn't sync. 

my clients have done it. depending who is on the deed. plus, you can rent by the bedroom. highly recommend. 

I just coordinated two RE deals for investor clients of mine in Delaware County.

We've had bookkeeping clients with complicated structures that apparently protected them to the maximum degree but they didn't abide by the structure when conducting transactions in their business daily (lots of unintentional commingling).

My clients that do this actually do quite well and by quite well i mean 250k NET a year or better. .. far better than your average wholesaler. that is competing with a hundred other wanna be wholesalers for those same beat up inner city homes :)
