I've been in the landlord business for about 10 years now, but would definitely consider myself a fairly novice investor,...but looking towards the future and definitely like networking!

This is a type of area where a experienced professional landlord/investor could make a excellent return but likely far more than any novice landlord should ever consider.

As a truly novice investor, I like the program because it only allows me to put 5% down and there is currently no other institutions offering that (at least that I am aware of).

I am a novice investor really seriously focused on Hawaii.

Even things like BRRR take time to scale due to seasoning requirements for a refinance and often carry a fair amount of risk for novice investors who don't understand comps, ARV, rehab costs, and refinance costs.
