As an avid music streamer, I've been hearing lots of ads from Home Depot for "Pergo Outlast+" flooring. 

If you refuse to pay your electric bill, you'll have to face the music soon enough. 

(Truth: this is probably one of the biggest complaints and it's justified because so many managers don't really know what they're doing so they don't want to face the music. 

For example, I complained to the management that our neighbor downstairs are playing music too loud and arguing too often.

The douchebags who developed it made it rife with construction defects to hurry up and cash out before the music stopped.

Someone had a Tesla X and it was dancing to the music- headlights and lambo doors flapping like a bird.

This unit is currently being rented as a "music studio".

There's the University of Texas, the Capitol, 6th street, live music, rivers, lakes, good restaurants and plenty more.That weekend UT football will be playing away which is helpful in that traffic won't be as bad and hotels won't jack up their rates as if they were here.

My wife and I have the music school income, though I am not any loner involved and my wife runs the show.
