I've used them a lot and the graphs and so forth always look so sharp on my screen, but what a great move to take it to that next step and use them as a visual aid so people understand you're serious and know your stuff.

Everyone has incentive to finish and obviously you have contracts in place and milestones that need to be made on time but it worked out for these guys using this model.

I've also compared this data graphs which state they are inflation adjusted, and that comparison also leads me to believe this is unadjusted.BLS has an inflation calculator on their web site.

All the graphs in the world mean nothing.

That's a great milestone.  

Step two is to take that total and break it up into a series of achievable Milestones.Step three is to lay out a plan, with numbers ($$$), that will produce a profile for the property that you will use over and over, to achieve these Milestones, one by one.Step Four, is to execute the plan, by going through each property to the next whereby the exit strategy for one property becomes a specific entrance strategy for the next.
