@Shango Collier the sellers would need to speak with a lender regarding what proof would be needed to "ignore" the payment on a property where someone else is making the payment.Or it, might be easier to convince a lender to treat the Land Contract like a lease, so 75% of the income could be used to offset the PITI.

Would it benefit me to work under someone else now or should i just start slow and keep investing while taking on a few properties. 

Show that you can operate something on your own profitably before asking somebody else to risk their money on you.  

As far as negotiating commissions: you get what you pay for just like anything else in life. 

Has anyone else worked with a turnkey company like this before?
