This asset has additional hair on it-- we foreclosed on the property last November but the former borrower filed a Motion for Relief from Judgement, which was denied.

I would never deny people with pets in my properties but I definitely need to improve my pet policy. 

He denied her, but not without a fair amount of brain damage and tongue lashing because of his word choice.

If so, you should be able to show the seller and their agent that you're financing was denied and get your deposit back.
