We are trying to find a keyless entry door lock that you can automate to change the passcode whenever a guest checks out and also automatically send the new code to the next guest a few days prior to their check in.

If not, there is software out there like Propstream, REIPRO, FlipperForce, etc that automatically download mortgage info like mortgage original balances, estimated balances, estimated payments/rates, etc.

@Lior NoachBRRRR comes down to the specific deal, there generally isn't a "type" that is going to automatically be a candidate just because it's in foreclosure or whatever. 

Are there any tools that can automatically do the steps from 1-3? 

@Jason Carrillo you mentioned old houses, and it sounds like you're suggesting that old houses automatically come with more risk/headaches.One of the biggest misconceptions by inexperienced investors is that new houses are inherently less costly, and less headache to maintain than older houses.

Almost all commercial insurance policies have policy language automatically adding the PM as an additional insured. 

Not only that but you can automatically screen tenants with an application and credit and background checks, collect rent through the app that will automatically be deposited into your account, automate late fees, itll send emails to your tenants when their lease needs to be renewed or when there rent is due soon/late, it'll automatically generate profit and loss statements and tax documents and more!

So ironic he just criticized getting a partner…and he made it sound like getting a partner means that partner is automatically hooked on drugs……..bleh.  

The only problem is the pricing, make it to use dynamic pricing with some software where the weekday price is adjusted automatically based on market demands.
