@Noelle Carter thank you for the Bungalow suggestion, I had not heard of them but scheduled a call to get more information.In terms of marketing for sale, it was on the MLS several times and was distributed through email blasts to our agent's network, but our agent basically told us he did not think he could sell it after multiple attempts with no interest from 460K down to 420K.

@Phoebe Hodges-Carter, I use SmartMove as well, and agree that having the tenant respond to the link can seem a little cumbersome and can delay the process if they don't check their email frequently. 

You could buy a 1/1 condo in Loma Linda or Redlands and get a good draw from nurses and others for MTR since those areas are perfect for them due to the demand.
