Yes, you are foolish.At 100% things can not get better and only go wrong.

However, if you are willing to go to the Central Valley, the price there are not much higher than the Midwest.I only buy in CA, only in Bay Area.I'm not gonna say your wrong David, but everything I know and have heard says your way-wrong. 

Again that's just my advice, there isn't a right or a wrong answer, it depends on your future goals.

I am sure I will be very publicly wrong, and you all can make fun of me in two years, when stocks double and real estate prices crash 20% from here, but I just don't know how you can watch this industry, this closely, for this long, and not be raring to go in the current environment.
