I am an experienced investor and unexpectely find myself managing a duplex myself and wondering if there is a small landlord (aka inexpensive) simple solution for marketing, background checks and lease creation that markets on zillow?

I have been narrowing down some markets and trying to explore/research more and network.

I'm sure you will get bombarded with multiple markets that others suggest. 

I plan to manage the properties myself until it conflicts with my regular job.I would appreciate any advice on these markets to ensure success and connect with local investors.    

It has been on the rental market for about 55 days and the average in the area is supposedly 36.

I appreciate the encouragement—I'm excited to learn from and connect with investors in this community.Right now, I’m primarily focused on house hacking in the LA market, but I’m open to exploring out-of-state opportunities later in my career.

I think it's the best market in the whole country in my opinion.

Very interested in the Cleveland/Ohio market in addition to a few other cross-border cities closer to Toronto.
