Going West on Old Hillsborough Road towards Clearwater, my friend who lives in Safety Harbor told me last month that the land on the Tampa Bay side of Hillsborough Road is only a foot above the high water mark.

Since they're buying at a level that's supported by the fundamentals (which I believe the data confirms) their downside is limited and, in this case, it is very probably prices will recover to that high water mark because they aren't predicated on interest rates being at all time historic lows (which is their current levels globally).

Apartments.com does not allow you to watermark your pictures for advertising. 

I suggest you use 100% cotton bond with a watermark, and have someone with nice handwriting address the letter.

I also liked the idea of sending a sample lease maybe watermarked sample so they can know what they are agreeing to but tell them you don't sign anything until funds are paid.
