I would even venture to say we might see an uptick in numbers as the majority of guests do not have to fly to get here and our small towns probably feel less vulnerable than the theme park or beach areas. 

When you put yourself in the position where you do not have a professional operating on your behalf you make yourself very vulnerable and you reduce your opportunity for a good deal.

Great news for those of us who give those "marginal" tenants a chance, though of course I worry about my more vulnerable tenants in all this.

You're smart to reach out, be vulnerable, ask for help..it will save you a lot of time/money in the long run. 

The virus vulnerabilities in a hotel are thousands of times bigger than those in a stand alone Airbnb unit.

That being said, I am going to keep sharing and allow myself to be vulnerable in sharing my vision for the future.
