When I filled out the paperwork for the trust with NO PROPERTY in it and tried to get it notarized (so that it would have validity), I was told that it couldn't be notarized since it was incomplete.So, since I can't get the empty trust notarized, I'm kind of stuck.How do I handle this?

I have been told be careful not to pierce the veil and always have a notarize Operating Agreement that specifically stating that members cannot be required to put in more money and are not responsible for debts (although watch out for personal guarantees) or liabilities etc (many other things should be in the operating agreement beyond the scope of this post).

Im a US citizen, BTW.I know I can wire funds from my bank from any country, but Im not sure if the closing papers need to be notarized, if I need to sign anything at all, or if electronic cash closings exist.
