There are tons of economic stabilizers and with the addition of XAI coming to town and the Ford Blue Oval plant this is helping the economy even more. 

We have very low inventory and a lot of growth from businesses moving here and people leaving blue states to move to Texas.

There at lots of great suburban markets where the ordinance doesn’t apply such as  Independence, Raytown, Blue Springs, and Overland Park. 

A little bit about myself, I have a full time W-2 job that pays pretty well on the blue collar side. 

., the interest rates are too high and that seems a last resort.I would like to find a partner to buy half the house/blue sky and run the rental business with me (spouse will be removed and sign off), either as an active or silent partner, I’m flexible on how involved someone wants to be.

Part of the reason I'm attracted to Huntsville is the thriving aerospace, defense, and technology sectors and all the new developments such as Toyota's manufacturing plant, Blue Origin investments, and Facebook's Data Center for example.
