We also have our main subcontractor and our driveway guy that would like to rent some space for their vehicles and materials as well. 

I am concerned about parking and how that would work parking more vehicles along the street.

Best bet is to buy older homes that's renovated inside or you can renovate after purchasing and because older homes have at least 6 vehicle parking.
