Using Jing to make videos of you doing the task have made training them very simple.The time difference is not an issue - they are used to working with people in the US so they know they need to be available during US working hours.We currently have 2 VAs - one to do the data entry and a second to return all calls to seller leads.

Let the VAs take the prospects through 90% of the process and then forward the call to you for the final close.

The keys for us were having an online system that my partner and our VAs could access and something that is customizable.

I have tons of inventory and need to have them posted on CL without getting flagged and removed.I also want my VA to take incoming calls and to log into a spreadsheet.Can anyone recommend good VAs or ones to stay away from.

I'm rusty on my VAs now.

You'll have to intend to occupy one of the units as your primary residence at the time you purchase, and the home will have to meet the VAs minimum property requirements.
