And the general criteria we are looking for are: price <$650k, lot size 5 acres+, (but as much land as possible, bonus if some passive farming income and/or sub dividable) within 15 mins drive of the nearest city / Main Street, location close to holiday rental attractions (rail trail, hiking, seasonal events, public transport etc).A few questions for anyone who has read this far:1.

Paying for your food, transportation, health insurance, utilities, property taxes, insurance (assuming you have no mortgage here), kid expenses, fun stuff etc on a little over $6k per month isn't going to leave you with much left over.

I don't know who you talked to but realtors in the Dominican Republic are unlicensed and unregulated so everybody and their mother can become one and they do.

Just like a big storm coming across your area, that is not the best time to book a flight, you are better off waiting to see if it passes and maybe take a train or alternative mode of transportation that is less risk and would get you where you want to go but maybe a little slower, but you know you get there.That is how I feel about traditional real estate right now.

With a fairly close proximity to Rittenhouse square in Point Breeze, and the proximity to universities and transportation in w. philly, they are great spots for BRRRR rentals.
