Found several issues that had gone unnoticed in prior examinations too.

So I felt $50 was well deserved to show that his good deeds do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.I sent a greeting card to my banker and property management company that goes to rent court for me and included a $10 Starbucks card and very nice thank you note.My tenants all got greeting cards.

I have also noticed attorneys love emails over phone calls but sometimes they go unnoticed. 

It is important that not go unnoticed. 

Don't let them stay there unnoticed for more than 30 days!

It goes unnoticed because they do not take 15 minutes to see what it is and to think about its potential value.  

I'd like to think that I am open to anyone reaching out, and it is certainly nice to know that it does not go unnoticed...Thank you so much!

Unfortunately the State of California would never let the taxable event go by unnoticed.

I find that when you allow the tenant who is serving as a "presence" to weave her/his story and personality into the property's listing description, you will receive higher quality requests, and avoid the shady individuals looking for a place to go unnoticed.
